Practicing yoga at Empowered Yoga is a grounding, "feel-good" experience for me. My goal is to be the best I can be each time I come to my mat. The Wilmington Studio is the most beautiful yoga studio I have seen; we always visit yoga studios when we are away from Wilmington. The studio and locker rooms are always clean. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming because of your excellent instructors and staff.
